august begins

its been a slow process, but the framing is finally starting to wrap up. the top floor is walled in, and the roof is going on today. once we have a roof, we can really start to visualize what the rooms will look like. prior to that, its tough to get a feel for what we're working with as far as room size, finish work, etc...
started to do some plumbing last week. with some help from tim, we should be able to get the majority of the drains and vents dry fitted this weekend. we'll have a dry inspection first to make sure we aren't doing anything totally wrong. then we'll glue it all up and have it tested.
the plan from this point is: finish framing between now and aug 11. have framing inspection and any follow up framing work done by aug 18. by the end of august, have rough plumbing in, tested, and passed, and be able to backfill the rest of the holes in the yard. by end of september, have roof on, plumbing finished, electrical and plumbing supply lines should be well under way, and the siding should be on. weathered in by the end of september.
