FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
just when i was about to give up (ok, i wasnt going to give up, but still) we got approved. i dont actually have a permit in my hot little hand. there is still a matter of payment to deal with. but they are all approved!!!!!!!
so i did some hard labor at the house on saturday and got the temp power pole installed. now all that's left to do (before the hopefull demo date of april 1) is get the power disconnected, and remove any last little bit of salvagable material from the house.
its been a long haul. i dont think anyone even reads this anymore. things should start picking up though. tell your friends!

How exciting. I've heard that getting permits within King County are a nightmare. Guess the story is correct. Good luck to you. I hope it will all be downhill from here :-)
